Don Delillo is a Very Clever Man

I agree. I have yet to read Falling Man, but I will.

Underworld is perhaps the best novel I've read in twenty years.

Murakami is the only author I have more enthusiasm for right now.

Although, the new Gibson is sitting on my desk and making me salivate.

Oh, it is next to some fried chicken.

Hi Robin!

I loved Underworld.

"The Triumph of Death" is the most perfectly realised prologue I have ever read. It's a gorgeous apocalyptic joke.

Falling Man isn't as good. It doesn't contain the multitudes of Underworld, but it's still one of the best books I've read this year.

Mmm, fried chicken.
